Breakfast Smoothie

This makes a nice alternative to a bowl of cereal!

3 oz. plain yogurt (about 1/3 cup)
1 banana cut into chunks
3/4 cup strawberries or raspberries
1/16 cup milk
1/2 tsp. honey
1/4 cup ice

Really easy - just throw it all in the blender and mix until it's well-blended. Enjoy :)
